With a survey that 82 parents answered I discovered three major needs for all parents.

Stage 3: Ideate
My solution is an application that will give the full babysitter experience; Information about the sitters, their availability times and areas, and recommendations from other parents from the community.
The app will allow you to choose your team and coordinate with them, chat and get to know each other, and pay them quickly and easily.
It will show reviews and profile pictures of the sitters.
The application is based on Tinder, Gett Taxi, and parking apps.

Stage 4: Prototype
Onboarding
Quick, Easy, Safe.
During joining you enter a location-based community, and the community manager needs to approve you, to make sure no people enter who endanger the safety of the babysitter or children.
Create sitters team
Each parent can build the appropriate babysitter pool to coordinate with the babysitter available to them at the appropriate time in the pool.
You can talk to him, read testimonials about him and even coordinate a conversation.
Coordinating a babysitter
The regular home page is the page for coordinating a babysitter and getting to know new babysitters to add to the database.
To coordinate, enter a date and time, and the app shows which of the database were available at that time.
You can send a message to everyone and whoever answers first are selected, or send a request to a specific babysitter and he should confirm within 30 minutes.
The app shows whether the babysitter has been approved, or whether she should try the next babysitter in the database.
The babysitter arrived, time to leave.
Summary and payment
After you have fun when you return home, you can report it in the app.
You can see how much it costs, and pay it with the application or other ways.
You may write your babysitter a message and write a review.

I chose calm colors, a legible but trendy font, and a design that suits the personas and apps they use.
